All hair orders are PREORDERS unless stated as READY TO SHIP!! Processing time is 5-10 business days. AFTER processing time your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number.
Please note that shipping times occur AFTER the processing time.
All Items sold have a shipping time of 2-3 business days. PLEASE understand that this timeframe is an addition to the processing time. which means AFTER processing time (5-10 business days), expect to receive your order in 2-3 Business days.
For Ready to ship Units are shipped in 24-48 hours after order has been placed except when orders are placed on the weekends/and or holidays. EX: Orders placed after 3PM on Friday aren't shipped out until Monday. Tracking numbers will always be sent. Please allow 2-5 Business days to receive your order.
THE LUXURY HAIR KOLLECTION LLC is not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
THE LUXURY HAIR KOLLECTION LLC WILL WORK HARD TO ENSURE YOUR HAIR IS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. But, please be mindful that on rare occasions shipping delays do occur that are out of our control!
if PICKUP is chosen at checkout, a text/email will be sent with pickup location when your order is ready AFTER processing time has passed.
If PICKUP is selected for items such as hair care or ready to ship units please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Please wait for a notification before picking up your order as pickup times are subject to changes. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
Due to the nature of our products, refunds will NOT be issued.
THE LUXURY HAIR KOLLECTION, LLC under NO circumstances resell or accept hair that has been tampered with, worn or handled by a customer. Our customer's health is our #1 priority therefore,
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong item, or your items received are damaged. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items, via email at email@example.com, within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
To eliminate missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be available to sign for the package. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
